Questions

Before you sign up.

What is Telemedic 500?

Telemedic 500 is an independent, third-party call center accreditation and agent counseling program for enterprise contact centers. Evaluators score your real calls against a published scorecard, every agent completes a mandatory counseling session built from their own calls every month, and centers that meet the bar in a final 30-day window are accredited. Telemedic 500 is not a telemedicine or healthcare provider.

How much does Telemedic 500 cost?

Telemedic 500 costs $88 per agent per month, billed annually, with a 500-agent minimum. The minimum engagement is $44,000 a month, or $528,000 a year.

Will this raise our NPS?

NPS depends on more than your agents, so no one can honestly promise a number. What we can show is where unhappy customers come from: in our evaluations, customers left unsatisfied 15 times as often after a zero-tolerance call as after a clean one, and five times as often after a serious problem. We counsel those behaviors first, and we report your NPS alongside each agent’s record so you can see the effect agent by agent.

Why is it called the toughest call center audit in the industry?

Because a single bad call cannot hide inside an average. Every evaluated call starts at 5.00 and loses points for every miss, a single rude call costs 10 points, and one zero-tolerance call in the certification window means you do not certify.

What is a zero-tolerance violation?

Five behaviors are zero tolerance: major rudeness, making fun of a customer, reading out card or account data (PCI), leaving a customer on a silent hold for two minutes or more, and a failed, wrong or abandoned transfer. Any one of them in the certification window blocks accreditation.

What does it take to get accredited?

In a final 30-day window, your center needs zero zero-tolerance violations, a team quality score of 4.80 or higher out of 5.00, every agent counseled and signed, no agent flagged for the same serious problem three months in a row, and fewer than 1% of customers leaving unsatisfied.

Is this a government or industry-body certification?

No. Telemedic 500 is an independent, third-party accreditation. Its value comes from who does the scoring and how hard the bar is, and from the fact that no one inside your company grades their own team.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your call recordings and chat transcripts, and a roster of the agents in scope. Recordings are sent through our secure, encrypted upload. Your team does not have to change systems.

Who are the evaluators?

Trained quality evaluators who work for us, not for you. They write specific notes on every miss, so each deduction can be traced back to what was actually said on the call.

Do you evaluate chat and Spanish-language calls?

Yes. Chat transcripts are scored on the same scorecard, with additional checks for written language and template use. Spanish-language calls are evaluated in Spanish.

How fast do agents get feedback?

Fast is the point. The baseline audit happens in month one, and agents start their counseling sessions as soon as their calls are scored. Every month after that, each agent gets a new session built from that month’s calls.

Can agents see each other’s results?

No. Each agent signs in with their own employee ID and access code and sees only their own sessions. Supervisors see the whole team.

How are our call recordings protected?

Recordings are uploaded over an encrypted connection directly to private, encrypted cloud storage. Each client has its own upload key, files are never posted publicly or sent by email, and access is limited to the evaluation team.

What happens if we don’t pass?

You keep auditing and counseling until you do. You will know exactly which agents and which behaviors stand between you and the bar, because every one of them is on the supervisor matrix.

Why is there a 500-agent minimum?

Telemedic 500 is built for enterprise contact centers, and the accreditation is only meaningful when it covers the whole floor. The minimum keeps every engagement at the scale where the standard applies.

What is the minimum annual cost?

500 agents × $88 × 12 months = $528,000 a year, which is $44,000 a month.

How is it billed?

Annually, in advance. Each agent seat is $1,056 a year ($88 × 12). You can start the subscription online by card, or request a proposal and pay by invoice or bank transfer.
